Our Wellbeing team offer practical support, information, and guidance around healthy eating, getting active and more. We offer a range of support for both individuals and families starting from 2years upwards.

  • Support from a Wellbeing advisor to set goals and agree individual or family health plans.
  • Signpost or refer to other agencies where other support identified.
  • Practical support with meal planning / cooking skills.
  • Adult and family education centered on key healthy lifestyle messages.
  • Adult and family physical activity sessions.
