We deliver a variety of practical activities, information and guidance around physical activity, basic food, and nutrition, the eat well guide, promoting healthy weight, active play & good oral health in school and community settings. Some examples include.

Exercise and eating healthily has so many benefits such as reducing blood pressure, cholesterol and keeping your weight maintained. Not only that, but there is also strong evidence that shows taking in some regular activity can improve your wellbeing... and the good news, there is something for everyone.
